This Privacy Policy describes how Dynamic Price Guard ("we", "us", or "our"), developed by no name lab, collects, uses, and discloses your information when you install or use our Shopify Application.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain information from your Shopify account:

Shopify Store Data: Shop domain, store currency, timezone, product titles, variant IDs, inventory costs, and current price rules.
Technical Logs: Audit logs of price floor interceptions, execution timestamps, and yield adjustment logs.

Note: We do NOT collect, store, or sell any personal customer data (PII) such as customer names, physical addresses, or payment card info.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our service:

Enforce minimum price rules and prevent unauthorized price drops.
Calculate dynamic price yields based on product sales velocity.
Send integration alerts (e.g., via Klaviyo, Telegram, Viber, Twilio) as configured by you.
Provide customer support via [email protected].

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

We do not share your store data with third parties, except for optional integration channels explicitly connected by you (e.g., Twilio, Telegram, Klaviyo) to send alerts.

4. Data Retention & GDPR Compliance

We strictly comply with Shopify's GDPR requirements. If you uninstall the App, your store access token is immediately revoked. All store price rules and logs are permanently erased within 48 hours in response to Shopify's shop/redact webhook.
