By installing or using Dynamic Price Guard (the "App"), developed by no name lab, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Dynamic Price Guard provides automated price protection, cost-margin floor enforcement, and dynamic pricing yield algorithms for Shopify merchants.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of product costs, target margins, and minimum floor price settings entered into the App. no name lab is not liable for price changes configured directly by merchant rules.
Billing is processed directly through Shopify's Billing API. Charges will appear on your monthly Shopify invoice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App or selecting the Free plan.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain a high-availability infrastructure with automated backups and rate-limit handling, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service during Shopify API outages.
In no event shall no name lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
